Join us Sunday September 29 for this is a Mag 7 Series race. This race is open to youth and adults for walking or running. Awards for top male and female overall runners and walkers. Awards granted to top 2 age group winners in run. Award ceremony to follow the race.

Stay on Track with WEIGH TO WIN!

Weigh to Win is a weekly weigh-in program to help you stay on trach to reach your weight loss goal.  Any one can register.

How the program works:

  1. Register your alias by complete the contract form below and turning it in at the members service desk.
  2. Each Thursday contribute $1 to the black box by the scale as you weigh-in and track your weight under your alias on the chart by the scale on the far side of the indoor track.
  3. On the final business day of the month Laura, our Programs Director, will collect the contributed money and exchange it for Wal-mart gift card.  For every Thursday of the current month that you have weighed-in you will receive one (1) chance that is entered into a random drawing to win that month’s Wal-mart gift card.

Let a Certified YMCA Trainer help you and your friend achieve your fitness goals.

Group Personal Training

Groups of 3-6 Y members participate in 5 session each an hour-long with a personal trainer for $200/ group. Appointment only. Great for friends and co-workers looking for the expertise of a personal trainer and the support of a group.

Designed to give wellness seekers the knowledge, encouragement, and motivation they need to launch a healthier lifestyle.   With the 12 Weeks to a Better You program the goal is to give you ownership and provide you with the tools you need to be self-sufficient and able to continue on your own after the twelve weeks is over.  Proven successful at other YMCA, this program is now available to help our community!

Regular Price:  $80

Offered to Get Fit Challengers for only $65 (must begin program by April 30, 2013)

Did you know…

  • All prices are for 7 week session
  • Any transfers must be requested during the first week of classes
  • In enrollment is not at established minimum prior to the end of the first week of class, we will cancel or combine the class. Please register early!
  • Payment in full is due at time of registration
  • Members can sample any class one time for free
  • Pay-as-you-go allows you to pay per class for any class with openings. Members pay $4 per class and non members pay $6 per class (additional fees may apply to non members participating in the class as well as using the facility)

Aquatic Fitness Classes

Aquatic classes are great for a fun, low impact, easy on the joint workout.  Jump in the pool in 2013 and try an Aquatic class with one of newest trainers, Lindsay and Nicole.  Group classes are a great tool for healthy living and staying fit in a social setting.

Summer Basketball Programs

Summer Basketball Programs Begin Week of July 8

Registration open through July 5

Youth Basketball

Introduce your child to basketball with basic skill development, teamwork, fundamentals and non-competitive scrimmages. Reversible jerseys provided. Program runs 7 weeks.  Program beginning Tuesday, July 9 and Thursday July 11.

Personal Fitness Assessment

Take about 45 minutes and go through a series of tests to measure your strength and aerobic fitness. Also includes body fat percentage, height, weight, and blood pressure. Must be scheduled in advance.
