Let a Certified YMCA Trainer help you and your friend achieve your fitness goals.
5 – 1 hr Partner Sessions for $150.00 (Available to Members Only)
Group Personal Training
Groups of 3-6 Y members participate in 5 session each an hour-long with a personal trainer for $200/ group. Appointment only. Great for friends and co-workers looking for the expertise of a personal trainer and the support of a group.
Find a Better You in 12 weeks with the support of a Wellness Coach and/or Nutrition Specialist.
Designed to give wellness seekers the knowledge, encouragement, and motivation they need to launch a healthier lifestyle. With the 12 Weeks to a Better You program the goal is to give you ownership and provide you with the tools you need to be self-sufficient and able to continue on your own after the twelve weeks is over. Proven successful at other YMCA, this program is now available to help our community!

12 Week Outline:
Week 1
Initial appointment with Wellness Coach and/or Nutrition Specialist
- Review program purpose and structure.
- Create goals, identify barriers and develop strategies for success.
- Discuss nutrition.
- Walk through implementation of Action Plan 1 (Cardio).
Week 2 and 3
- Member will continue exercise as prescribed and keep record of activity.
- Member will work toward making healthier choices for snacks and meals and log food intake.
Week 4
Follow up with Wellness Coach and/or Nutrition Specialist
- Discuss experiences thus far.
- Review goals, barriers and strategies.
- Walk through implementation of Action Plan 2 (Strength, phase 1).
Week 5, 6 and 7
- Member will continue exercise as prescribed and keep record of activity.
- Member will work toward making healthier choices for snacks and meals and log food intake.
Week 8
Follow up with Wellness Coach
- Discuss experiences thus far.
- Review goals, barriers and strategies.
- Walk through implementation of Action Plan 3 (Strength, phase 2).
Week 9, 10 and 11
- Member will continue exercise as prescribed and keep record of activity.
- Member will work toward making healthier choices for snacks and meals.
Week 12
Closing appointment with Wellness Coach
- Discuss member’s experience with the entire program.
- Identify goals, barriers and strategies for Action Plan 4 (Continuing a Healthier Lifestyle).
- Discuss the next steps and future options.
- Member graduation and completion of a program evaluation.
