Aquatic Classes

Aqua Fit
A high energy workout in the water – endurance and strength without the stress on your joints!

Cardio Splash
Focuses on improving range of motion with emphasis on a slightly longer cardio portion of your workout.

Adult Fitness

Active Adult
Warm up, 20 minutes of low impact cardiovascular exercise with intermittent bouts of toning exercises, 20 minutes of basic Yoga postures to improve balance and flexibility.

Cardio Mix
This class incorporates a variety of formats to offer workouts that improve cardio vascular health, strength, and flexibility.

Mommy Mix
Escape for 45 minutes of fun aerobic and toning exercises while your kids play in the newly renovated ChildWatch. Special ChildWatch opportunity for Mommy Mix participants! This basic class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Inspired by cumbia, salsa, somba and merengue music Zumba is a hot latin dance party that gets your heart pumping and tones your body.

Speed & Agility Group Training
Developed by Arthur, young trainer with a background and a passion for athletics, this program is sure to build skills for the weekend athlete.

Step N Tone
Class begins with step aerobics and ends with challenging toning exercises.

Strong & Fit
Improve cardio vascular fitness and develop a lean strong body with basic toning exercises. This class is “no dance” so participants can work at their own pace and modifications will be demonstrated for all fitness levels.

Focusing on functional strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Modifications available to accommodate a variety of challenges.

Yoga Sunrise
This wellness-oriented Yoga class will concentrate on strengthening and toning core muscles, especially abs, hips, and back. Posture, balance, and flexibility will also be stressed. Poses can be accomplished with a chair for balance or support if needed.

Youth Fitness

Ballet & Jazz
Have fun learning jazz and ballet.  Improve coordination and learn to enjoy music and physical activity. ages 7-12.

Creative Movement
Dance, tumbling, and coordination for girls and boys ages 3-6.

Hip Hop Dance
Learn cool dance moves to popular hip hop music, for boys and girls, ages 8-16.
