Driver Education
Driver Ed Summer Update
What caused the pause in classes?
When the program was founded, an unfortunate error was made in calculating the number of hours required for classroom and drive times. When we were notified of the error recently, we immediately added 6 hours of classroom instruction to the program. We are now working with the BMV on documentation to reactivate our status.
What's happening now?
We are taking this time to:
- Review and update our curriculum and instructional materials
- Ensure instructors and vehicle meet updated state requirements
- Make improvements that will enhance the overall learning experience
How will this affect me?
Fortunately, the majority of our students will not be affected. However, if students are ready to get their license, please reach out to us first. We are reviewing each students' records individually and will be reaching out with further information if your student may be affected.
Who can I contact?
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to Sabrina, our director of driver ed. We’re here to help.
